Unloading containers directly into our warehouse
Unpacking in a fast and efficeient manner.
Receipting stock
Propptly report any shortages or damages and provide recommendations

Quality Assurance Processes:

Inspection and sorting affected/faulty garments/items.
Recommend solutions in a cost effective method.
Provision od traditional hand pressing and/or steaming for delicate fabrics
On-premises provision of Steam Tunnel, Hoffman or Dolly pressing services
Sourcing and provision of price tickets, labeling, add/remove care labes, swing tags, security barcodes (soft or hard), etc.
Thread trimming, Alterations and repairs
Rework as per customer's specifications

Dispatching and Delivery:

Process EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) through "Vendor Connect", or as a Client on your system (such as Apearal 21).
Pick and Pack of items/garments as per customer's requirements.
Ratio Pack of items/garments as per custpmer's specifications.
Bagging using our state-of-the-art PolyPak Bagging Machine (Poly bags can be opaque, clear and/or black).
Liaise with your preferred courier/s, a seamless and hassle-free operation, ensuring deadlines are met.
Delivery to Distribution Centre or directly to shops or outlays, using your nominated trasport method, or utilising our own truckes.

Warehousing and

Distribution Solutions

We’re proud of our modern warehouse facilities, located in a Melbourne’s inner-suburb area, for your convenient.

These premises designed to handle large garment-hanging capacity and/or flat pack storage. We have professional staff that care about the customers’ valuable stock and take pride in accurate execution of the operation. All of the services provided by DT Oceania Clothing Services are in-house operation, delivering significant time and cost savings to YOU - our valuable customer.

We provide full warehouse management systems and distribution services to many local and interstate retailers, wholesalers, importers and exporters. Our Apparel Logistics and Garment Handling services include pick and packing, hanging and boxed storage and delivery, tagging and bagging. Other services we provide are Steam Tunnel or traditional hand pressing, alteration and reworks, delivery to Distribution Centre or other designated location.

Our Pick & Pack service is managed by an inventory management system, which allows orders to be picked, packed and despatched with our clients’ full visibility and control. Orders can be picked to any specification, from single item picks to multiple items being picked, re-packed and labelled. We offer full re-working of stock, quality control, packing and delivery.
